Every solid build starts with a solid grade. Sancd strips topsoil, balances cut and fill, and shapes a raw parcel to the engineer’s grading plan, establishing pad elevations, drainage slopes, and a compacted subgrade you can build on. Our Process

We begin with an 811 locate and a site walk, then strip and stockpile topsoil, move dirt to the cut and fill plan, and key in structural fill in controlled lifts. A nuclear density gauge confirms compaction before we hand off a level, building-ready subgrade. Rough grade and finish grade are staged for the weather so the surface holds.
